Another Chanel Nail Polish Frenzy Is In Store: Les Jeans de Chanel {Beauty News}
Chanel have become masters of nail-polish anticipation as another fashion coup is in store: Les Jeans de Chanel. Inspired by the iconic blue denim (originally called Bleu de Nîmes in honor of its French birthplace), the trio of nail polishes includes Blue Rebel, Coco Blue and Blue Boy.
They are subtle, sophisticated blues which are only going to pretend that they can be as casual as everyday jeanswear. Because it is Chanel, it won't be easy to laquer your nails with them unless you get early enough on the official wait list....
The brand has taken pains to bolden out the word "extremely" as in the phrase "extremely limited edition." You were warned.
Launched to celebrate the 2011 Fashion's Night Out, they will debut on September the 8th, 2011. The colors were designed by artistic director Peter Philips.
You can join the wait list, which is now open, to be alerted the moment the polishes become available.
