Loana Eau de Parfum: The French Give In To The Celebrity Fragrance Craze {New Perfume} {Celebrity Fragrance}
The French exceptionalism regarding celebrity fragrances is officially defunct now with the launch of the Gallic version of a celebrity perfume called Loana Eau de Parfum. French celebrity perfumes have appeared in the past already as early as in the days of Jean Marais or in the 1980s with Catherine Deneuve or 90s with Inès de la Fressange, but the trend appeared rather placid in France compared to the UK or the US. With Loana, the whole concept is getting a contemporary adaptation and shaking of the cobwebs as the design of the bottle and the advert look very close to their British equivalents, in other words, very pink (see our Celebrity Perfumes page)......
As the people site Canal Stars writes, Loana is "the most famous of the TV reality shows' bimbos". Her story is one of rags to riches and instant popularity as she won the first TV reality show in France called Studio Loft several years ago.
The perfume was created by Firmenich and features notes of wild strawberries, watermelon, rose, peony, cotton candy, barley sugar. The bottle is designed by Ateliers Dinand.
A website has been set up to showcase the perfume and distribute it for 29 €.
