Alberta Ferretti To Launch Signature Perfume With Elizabeth Arden {Fragrance News}
Milan-based Italian fashion designer Alberta Ferretti will launch her signature fragrance in the spring of 2009. A long-term exclusive world-wide licensing agreement was signed between fashion group Aeffe, founded by Alberta Ferretti and her brother Massimo in 1981, and cosmetics company Elizabeth Arden to that effect. The Alberta Ferretti fragrance will be followed by cosmetics and skincare products.....
Elizabeth Arden stressed that they were delighted to be able to diversify their portfolio and to be able to enter the European fragrance market more. Alberta Ferretti said that she was "extremely proud" of this venture and that she is certain that the result of this collaboration will be a "remarkable fragrance".
The Aeffe press release noted that "The total creative direction comes from Alberta Ferretti herself."
