Parfumerie Générale Louanges Profanes (2008) {New Fragrance}
Parfumerie Générale has a new perfume titled PG 19 Louanges Profanes (Profane Encomia). It is described as an "immaculate, pure, and luminous oriental", the equivalent of "... an olfactive prayer written with the ink of six religious symbols"....
Featured notes are: neroli, hawthorn, lily infusion, smoke of incense, benzoin, lignum vitae wood.
A 50 ml bottle retails for $135 at Luckyscent.
The brand also proposes three new candles for its perfumes Kérylos, Tubéreuse, Cadjméré.
This is for some reason looking very similar to Prada Iris d'Infusion in notes to me.
Prada Iris has these notes:
Top notes are orange blossom and mandarin; heart note is orris; base notes are galbanum, lentisc, benzoin, incense, vetiver and cedarwood.
One would need to smell Louanges to verify your intuition.
