Melvita Homme Noix de Muscade et Cardamome (2009) {New Perfume} {Men's Cologne} {Green Products}
Melvita have added a new perfume and their first masculine composition to their range of bio-grade fragrances benefiting from the organic seal approval from Eco-Cert. The scent is called Eau de Toilette Homme Noix de Muscade et Cardamome (Nutmeg and Cardamom) and is part of Les Eaux de Toilette Bio collection....
Described as being "tonic, fresh, and nuanced" Melvita Eau de Toilette Homme has notes of lemon tree, mandarin, bergamot, nutmeg, cardamom poised against the delicate ambery tonality of a, reportedly, powerful accord in the heart, the chypré energy of patchouli, the green freshness of iris and the authenticity of sage and lavender.
This type of fragrance is part of an emerging generation of natural and eco-certified perfumes aiming for more perfumery sophistication and benefiting from wider mainstream distribution at the same time. They are very akin to being well-being scents, like the Eau de Cologne originally. This group stands in contrast to the group of fragrances composed by independent perfumers specializing in naturals which for the most part do not attempt to comply with bio-certification programs and are more motivated by aesthetic and experimental concerns.
A 100 ml bottle is priced at 19,90 €
Do you still have
Melvita noix de muscade et cardamome
I believe they don't carry it anymore. It's been replaced by Eau de Toilette pour Homme with cedarwood and vetiver. Apparently, it's not as interesting-smelling.
