Hip-hop rapper Nelly will launch a signature perfume named after his apparel brand for women Apple Bottoms (his other masculine line brand is called Vokal). The fragrance will be called Apple Bottoms by Nelly.

Apple Bottoms is scheduled to launch nationally in the fall of 2009 in the United States.

Nelly has already dabbled with the fifth sense. He also introduced in 2003 and successfully marketed an energy drink called Pimp Juice inspired by one of his songs and which reportedly tastes of apples and berries. It was followed by PJ Purple Label, which is flavored with grape and prickly pear.
