Guerlain has released a limited-edition green woody interpretation of Habit Rouge Sport called in French Habit Rouge Edition Gentleman Driver. It is in a manner of speaking a nesting flanker to a flanker. The original matrix of this line is called Habit Rouge, is considered a classic and was released in 1965.
"The new youth of Habit Rouge. For the space of a season Habit Rouge Sport explores the intoxication of automobile racing with a Gentleman Driver collector."...
The warm oriental structure of Habit Rouge is refreshed by a biting and raw green sensation resting on a bitter orange note, but also on bamboo. A spicy tonality is brought by pink peppercorn. The heart of the fragrance is described as "luminous and shining" featuring a note of delicate jasmine. The base notes are "addictive and vibrating" thanks to notes of woods, musks and patchouli.
Other notes include citruses, hesperidic notes, cedar wood, an animalic leather, vanilla.
The metallic plate is meant to evoke a sports trophy.
The 100 ml spray bottle of Eau de Toilette is priced at 72€.
