This summer, expect to discover a new feminine pendant to the bad boy of 1 Million by Paco Rabanne, whose finger-snapping helped make the men's fragrance a success. The coumarin-laden oriental scent for men featuring a copper accord has been hovering at the top of the charts since its launch.
From July 2010, the brand will introduce a feminine perfume which is for now only described as the feminine counterpart to 1 Million without any indication as to what its name or composition will be...
The imagery for the perfume however is already a little unveiled. Model Dree Hemingway, the great-granddaughter of writer Ernest Hemingway, will play in the commercial for the new perfume but she will not be the official face for the fragrance. "Humor", "Excess" and "Seduction" are the key concepts around which the advertising campaign plans to revolve.
"The daring Dree Hemingway personifies with glamor today's femme fatale" says the brand.
More details will become available in May.
