Roberto Cavalli Anniversary (2010) {New Fragrance}
Italian designer Roberto Cavalli will launch a new women's fragrance to celebrate the 40th anniversary of his brand from September-October 2010. The new perfume, described as a fruity-floral, was named Anniversary. It was created by perfumer Olivier Polge. The entire 4Oth Anniversary advertising campaign to take place this fall will be fronted by super model Gisele Bündchen...
Adjectives which are favored to describe the perfume are: "wild", "luxurious" and "totally glam."
The Eau de Parfum was built around top notes of raspberry, green apple and pink pepper seguing into a floral heart of orange flower, jasmine and heliotrope before anchoring itself thanks to cedar wood, patchouli and vanilla.
This will be also an adieu to Italian beauty firm ICR-ITF which currently develops Cavalli fragrances. At the end of July 2010 WWD announced that the fragrance license will be taken over by Coty Prestige from July 2011. The first Coty / Cavalli scent is a women's perfume to be introduced in the spring of 2012.
Anniversary meanwhile will be available in 30 ml, 50 ml and 100 ml. It reprises the flacon of Roberto Cavalli Serpentine (2005) - the jus is signed by Jacques Cavallier - now decorated with a coat of mother-of-pearl sheen.
