Family Member Exhibits Guerlain Fragrance Flacons, January 15 - May 9, 2011 {Scented Paths & Fragrant Addresses}

Sylvie Guerlain, a member of the family of perfumers, is organizing an exhibition which will debut on January 15th, 2011 and run until May 9th, 2011 in Paris at the art gallery Terre des Arts in the 15th arrondissement. The exhibit is titled Collection Privée Sylvie Guerlain: exposition de flacons de parfums de 1828 à nos jours. In 2009, news had appeared that a museum was in the making to house her significant trove of Guerlain artifacts...

...., which amounted to more than 2000 items 2 years ago and was continually expanding it seems.

The chronology of the exhibition covers the history of the house of Guerlain since its establishment in 1828 and ends today.
