Kim Kardashian Gold (2011) {New Perfume} {Celebrity Fragrance}

Reality TV pop star Kim Kardashian will release her second fragrance called Gold in April 2011 following up on her debut eponymous scent Kim Kardashian (2010). The tag line is "Transcend ordinary."

The advert and the bottle reprise the motifs and the shape of the originals, except that everything is now bathed in gold.

Gold, which is offered as "a summer fragrance" opens on notes of Italian bergamot, grapefruit, pink peppercorn. The floral heart features lush jasmine, delicate rose and dewy violet. The base notes are patchouli, sandalwood, amber and benzoin. The sillage is said to be reminiscent of Kim Kardashian Eau de Parfum's signature, a fact hinted at in the ad as well where KK wears gardenia in her hair Billie-Holiday style.
