Thierry Mugler A Men Pure Havane (2011) {New Fragrance - Limited Edition} {Men's Cologne}

 

The ink on the re-issue of A* Men Pure Malt (2009) for Holidays 2010 has barely dried that Thierry Mugler is holding in stock a new surprise for the senses: A* Men Pure Havane. The perfume label continues to riff on rich, deep and very masculine notes of armchair hedonism. The action all seems to take place in an amber-colored library filled with leather-bound tomes to the ceiling...

 

The initial release in this series of limited-edition phenolic fragrances, which apparently aim to appeal to the buccaneer instinct in men, was A * Men Pure Coffee.

 The rubber casing for the cologne has been tinted a specific shade of brown this time, that of the cigar "Colorado Maduro."

The fragrance is reportedly "constructed according to the art of cigar tasting."

Thierry Mugler have been at the forefront of the meshing of the traditional fields of perfumery and alcohol-making by borrowing from their maturing techniques. Pure Havane continues to develop the theme of, quite literally, gustatory fragrances, in the sense that one talks both about the flavor and aroma of a cigar.
