French perfumer-apothecary Roget et Gallet will launch a new floral fragrance this spring called Fleur d'Osmanthus (Osmanthus Blossom.) It is said to be a fresh interpretation of the flower originating from China, well-known for its delicate apricot-y scent...
The citrusy facet in Fleur d'Osmanthus is reportedly quite persistent, resting on notes of orange, grapefruit, and mandarin. Floral notes include osmanthus and neroli. Tonka bean is to be found in the base notes.
A 100 ml Eau Fraîche Parfumée is priced at 36,60 €. A complete range of ancillary products carries the scent.
The fragrance debuts on April 1st, 2011 in France.
The brand is now distributed in the US via Duane Reade.
