Mariah Carey Lollipop Splash The Remix (2011) {New Perfumes - Limited Editions} {Celebrity Fragrances}

Mariah Carey will launch a new trio of limited-edition companion scents to her original Lollipop Bling trio of perfumes introduced in 2010. The set, to debut in July 2011, is called Lollipop Splash The Remix. It includes Inseparable, Never Forget You and Vision of Love, named after hit songs. The collection was developed with Elizabeth Arden as usual, but without Bazooka Candy Brands as for the candy-toy inspired initial threesome of scents...

According to WWD, "Mariah is always reinterpreting and mixing her music, keeping her brand relevant,” said Marcy Fisher, vice president, North America fragrance marketing at Elizabeth Arden. “She wanted to have the same effect with her fragrances, so she decided with this project to approach it from that perspective.”

Playful notes of jelly beans and macaroons were added to emphasize the point that fragrance can be fun and does not have to be a dead-serious affair.

Inseparable (pink bottle) has notes of raspberry, mango, pear, jasmine and orange flower. It is signed by perfumer Clément Gavarry of IFF.

Never Forget You (orange bottle) has notes of gourmet jelly beans and golden peony. It was co-created by perfumers Claude Dir and Marypierre Julien, who also did the third fragrance,
