New Ad Campaign for Versace Bright Crystal {Perfume Images & Ads}

Versace have started to unveil their new advertising campaign for their top-selling fragrance, Bright Crystal. The ad will debut on July 5, 2011 in the U.S. It is signed by fashion photographer Mario Testino and was art-directed by Donatella Versace...

The fragrance itself was composed in 2006 by renowned perfumer Alberto Morillas. It is a sparkling and fresh floral with rose, peony and yuzu notes, very much in the popular genre of the delicate, pink cherry-blossom perfume.

The model fronting the advertising is Victoria's Secret Candice Swanepoel. She holds a bottle of the perfume which glows from within and lights up her face like a lamp. The trademark flamboyant style of Versace is well-reflected in the flacon design which is glamorous and over-the-top hinting at the Golden Age of Hollywood and actresses' vanities covered in oversized, statement fragrance bottles.

This is the second campaign for the fragrance and the first one in 5 years.
