Patrick Dempsey Life...or is it Legacy? (2011) {New Fragrance} {Celebrity Perfume} {Men's Cologne}

American actor Patrick Dempsey of Grey's Anatomy's notoriety launched his third fragrance with Avon after Unscripted in 2008 and Patrick Dempsey 2 in 2009. The new one is called Life; apparently, but confusingly, there is also exactly the same bottle and the same fragrance showcasing the same notes also called "Legacy" per the UK and Ireland Avon sites...

For global brand Avon, it might be just fine-tuning the impact of the fragrance name for the UK and Ireland markets where perhaps, the weight of tradition is perceived to be more of a pull than the more laid-back and adventurous title, "Life." It's hard to say at this point. Or they forgot to take down the initial bottle project.

At any rate, both Life and Legacy smell of basil, lavender, natural oakmoss and woods.

A 75 ml bottle is priced at 30€.
