Michael Kors Suede (2012): Sueded Tuberose {New Perfume}
This spring 2012, designer Michael Kors will launch a new, limited edition twist on his signature Michael Kors Eau de Parfum (check review). It is called Michael Kors Suede.The master of frills and flounces took inspiration from a texture he is familiar with,
“There are few things in the world that embody so well the signature elements of my collections,” says the designer. “Suede is sporty and sexy and feels incredible on the skin, but it can also add a great unexpected twist when you’re thinking of what’s luxurious.” ...
Michael Kors Suede derives scented inspiration from the tuberose showcased in the original perfume associating it with new floral notes namely lily of the valley and the Michelia flower or Champaca. The fragrance is said to open on a fresh top note of mandarin.The base notes are all about creamy woods and "alluring musks". The style of the perfume is rich and enveloping to mimic the effect suede has on our sensory perception.
Price: $75 for a 1.7 fl. oz. of Eau de Parfum. It launches for a limited time from April 2012.
