Sapphire. A very sought-after gem, symbol of wealth, strength and purity. According to legend, it has the power to make life more beautiful..."
The new composition is a floral chypre co-created by perfumers Michel Almairac and Mylène Alran of Robertet.
It is "a composition featuring extremely opulent, sophisticated essences. A veritable ode to feminine sensuality, for a majestic trail"
The perfume opens on top notes of Sicilian bergamot, freesia but also less predictably, incense, a note usually found in the base notes. The floral heart features Turkish rose, Indian jasmine and orchid. The base of the fragrance is said to be "very carnal" with notes of Indonesian patchouli, musk and sandalwood.
