Yves Rocher Retropical (2013) {New Perfume}

Yves Rocher introduced a new women's perfume called Retropical as a limited edition for summer 2013. As its name indicates, the scent is inspired by the idea of a vintage era summertime set in exotic locales. The composition is signed by perfumer Juliette Karagueuzoglou of IFF who did for instance Chopard Cascade and more recently Salvatore Ferragamo Signorina...

The eau de toilette is said to be a sensual fruity floral offering a radiant projection.

The composition opens on top notes which are aquatic and fruity followed by an intriguing and refined floral heart of exotic flowers. The base is woody mimicking the sensation of sun on the skin and warm sand. 

Three natural ingredients were reportedly sourced for the fragrance: essential oils of mandarin, orange and bergamot. 

The perfume is part of a makeup range to complete the "total paradisiacal look" from head to body scent surround. 

Price in Europe is 16,95€ for a 75 ml spray flacon.
