OHWTO Nic Cage Raking Leaves on a Brisk October Afternoon (2013) {New Fragrance} {Celebrity Perfume} {Men's Cologne}

It is much more common to see celebrity fragrances being spritzed out of glitzy spray bottles and being airborne thanks to perfumer's alcohol, it is a rarer sight to spot a celebrity perfume oil with moreover such a protracted name as Nic Cage Raking Leaves on a Brisk October Afternoon, an homage to actor Nicolas Cage by indie scent and toiletry label One Hand Washes The Other (OHWTO)...

Fragrance creator Becca writes,

"Leaves. Crisp fall air. Deciduous woods. A black leather jacket, well-loved. Maybe the one he wore in Ghost Rider, because there's also some Egyptian Amber in there reminiscent of some of his more, erm, peculiar character acting habits. A light musk, and just a hint of patchouli and men's aftershave. I might have added a smudge of vanilla bean, but you'd never know it. Definitely unisex-leaning-masculine, ie, if you only wear florals or only wear candy scents you'll likely not care for this one, but if you're into things like, say, the old unisex GAP smells, or CK1, or things that smell like the most awesome actor of our time, well, you will most likely really enjoy this."

She initially came up with the concept of associating Nic Cage, fall and beauty, which initially resulted in an eye shadow by her friend Caitlin of Shiro Cosmetics last year bearing the same name. The perfume oil followed next.
