Bath & Body Works Mad About You for V-Day (2014) {New Fragrance}

Bath & Body Works added a new fragrance for women to their Signature Collection entitled Mad About You to coincide with Valentine's Day 2014...

"Fall madly in love with our newest fragrance! Mad About You captures the rush of falling truly, madly, deeply in love. This passionate scent is a thrilling blend of black currant and pink peony kissed with creamy vanilla musk.

The new eau de toilette opens on top notes of Black Currant, Luscious Strawberry, Sparkling Cassis followed by heart notes of Ginger Lily, Bright Peony, and Pink Jasmine and rests on base notes of Amber Wood, White Patchouli, and Vanilla Musk. 

Bath and Body Works have been raising the profiles of their perfumes as well as their prices, going from the presentation of simple scents - like Warm Vanilla Sugar - to more complex, glamorous perfumes - like Forever Red - while still retaining an accessible personality. The turning point can be dated to 2012.

Fragrance prices have been on the rise industry-wide offsetting the loss of sales in volume and reflecting the sector's quest for luxury.
