Andy Tauer Sotto La Luna: Gardenia (2014) {New Perfume} {Gardenia Notebook}

Zurich-based artistic perfumer Andy Tauer will launch a new perfume from September 2014 simply called Gardenia to inaugurate his collection Sotto La Luna (Under the Moonlight), which wishes to be exclusively dedicated to the creation of floral compositions...

The eau de parfum was designed to open on head notes described as the "The spicy freshness of gardenia budding under a bright moon." The heart notes reveal "The green floral delicacy of gardenia in full bloom with a gentle rose." The base notes - or "body notes" as the perfumer prefers to say - offer in the end a third main sensation/interpretation, "The powdery mossiness of ripe gardenia with a hint of jasmine, in a bed of sandalwood, tonka and vanilla."

Price: $145,60 and 106,60€ for 50 ml.
