Molton Brown have relaunched two of their perfumes, Black Peppercorn and Pink Pepperpod, in new formulations...

While online reviews of the first by old customers are consistently negative, the Pink Pepperpod redux seems to elicit more positive reactions as the longevity of the sillage has reportedly been improved.

What is reproached to the new Black Peppercorn is that the smell is different now. The brand say they amped up the inclusion of natural ingredients.

Top notes: black pepper, lemon and ginger Heart notes: coriander oil and basil Base notes: vetiver, oak moss and amber gris.

Pink Peppercorn has benefited, according to the brand, from a more complex and delicately balanced reformulation.

Top notes: pink pepper, tangerine and elemi oil Heart notes: nutmeg and ginger oil Base notes: patchouli and cedarwood oil.
