Roger & Gallet Launch EDP Version of Fleur de Figuier (2015) {New Perfume}
Roger & Gallet are launching a new concentration and version of Fleur de Figuier (2013), which evolves from an Eau Fraîche into a more sophisticated Fleur de Figuier Eau de Parfum...
The new composition continues to be signed by perfumer Francis Kurkdjian.
The edp now reportedly offers a more chypré character, while a violet-wood accord comes to enrich it and give it a fuller body. The formula boasts the inclusion of "precious distilled essences" on the outer packaging. The fig is more candied accentuating the gourmand facet of the fragrance.
The program for the scent was to capture all of the fig tree really rather than just its blossoms. This includes its leaves, fruits, and sappy milk. Now it seems, the woodsy aspect is also dealt with.
The bottle was redesigned and is signed by Martin Szekely.
