Prada are launching a new collection of six Infusions which comprises both old entries and new ones: Iris, Iris Cèdre, Fleur d'Oranger, Amande, Oeillet and Vétiver...
The perfumer who developed the original concept, going back to an ancient perfumery technique, is Daniela Andrier of Givaudan.
The writing of these perfumes is characterized by a certain amount of evanescence and understatement. Andrier compares their olfactory imprint to foot prints in the humid sand.
Infusion d'Iris, de Fleur d'Oranger and de Vétiver are old entries while Amande, Oeillet and Cèdre Vetiver are new as Infusions even though for instance there was an Oeillet No.2 in the exclusive boutique collection by Prada.
The flacon retain their signature shape while the color scheme has been reworked to harmonize the collection in pastel colors.
The publicity campaign is said to have been shot by Marcel Christ.
