Kenzo L'Eau Intense pour Femme & Homme (2015) {New Perfumes}
Kenzo are releasing a new duo of perfumes inspired by the scent of water, but made to somehow evoke intensity this time with L'Eau Intense pour Femme and L'Eau Intense pour Homme...
They are flankers to Kenzo L'Eau (1996) and Kenzo L'Eau pour Homme (1999) which were created both by perfumer Olivier Cresp of Firmenich during the heyday of aquatic fragrances. As we pointed out earlier, there is a comeback of the 1990s in general and of aquatic perfumes in particular in 2015.
Main notes for the fruity-floral feminine version are red apple juice, lotus flower, lily, peony and patchouli.
The men's version labeled as an aromatic-aquatic scent has notes of yuzu, lime, lotus, basil, cedar and vetiver. It is available in eau de parfum concentration.
The bottles have mirror surfaces suggesting the movement of water and the reflection of light on it.
