The oriental character of the fragrance has reportedly been further enhanced with the sensation of spicy heat also amped up.

Perfumer Olivier Polge, now at Chanel, is the original creator of the first fragrance. The hand-grenade shaped bottle is a design by Fabien Baron.

The eau de parfum opens on head notes of pink peppercorn essence, black pepper essence and a grapefruit accord. In the heart spices and aromatic condiments mingle with lavender essence, cinnamon leaves essence, cumin essence and an accord of saffron. The base features an absolute of cistus labdanum, a CO2 extract of Bourbon vanilla, an accord of ambery woods and a tobacco accord.
