Creed Royal Princess Oud (2015) {New Perfume}
The house of Creed have launched a new perfume called Royal Princess Oud which is inspired by a cycle of a century of the brand's history and contributions to the tradition of tailoring...
More specifically, the Creeds looked at their fashion plates,
"Royal Princess Oud is inspired by over twenty volumes of sketch books, revealing a time when the Creeds were steeped in men's and women's tailoring in London and marking the first scent born from a century of the family's couturier history."
They also envision the scent as an embodiment of the "little red dress",
"From high tea to grand balls, this enchanting scent is like a modern day little red dress. Royal Princess Oud is perfect for the woman with a passion for life who is seductive and captivating."
The fragrance is classified as a woody floral with the distinctive presence of iris in its heart and oud in the base.
The eau de parfum has top notes of Bitter Sicilian bergamot, rose and sweet violet followed by a heart of jasmine, vanilla, patchouli and iris from Tuscany. The base rests on benjoin Siam - a sweet gum resin from Thailand - Mysore Sandalwood, and Styrax.
