Elizabeth Arden have launched a new companion scent to Red Door called Always Red, which is described as a luxurious floriental composition whose creative concept is the idea of using the scent of red as a beauty accessory...
The fragrance is co-signed by perfumers Clément Gavarry and Yves Cassar of IFF.
Gavarry explained,
"We wanted to express the color red as if it were a daring beauty accessory, which catches your eye instantly,"
For Arden marketing, it was about sending a message exuding feminine confidence and hipness,
"Light up the town. An alluringly luxurious floriental fragrance made for the leader of the "in" crowd."
For the French, as per Nocibé beauty chain, the new fragrance is all about New York City and its unique spirit of independence and boldness.
Tag line is "The daring new fragrance."
The eau de toilette opens on top notes of red plum, blood orange, and passion fruit seguing into a heart of Jasmine Sambac, pink freesia and velvet rose petals. The base rests on praline, mahogany wood, cashmere woods, and red amber.
