Carolina Herrera will launch a new women's perfume from September 2016 called Good Girl, with the tag line « It's good to be bad »...

The edp was composed by perfumer Louise Turner of Givaudan and art-directed by the daughter of the fashion house founder, Carolina Herrera de Baez.

The jus housed in a stiletto-shaped flacon is said to offer a sensation of chiaro-oscuro. Jasmine is the luminous part of the scent while cocoa and tonka make up its dark side. Other notes are almond, coffee and tuberose.

Model Karlie Kloss is the face of the fragrance in an advertising campaign shot by Mario Testino.

The upcoming launch confirms the popularity of the tonka bean note, a phenomenon which was spearheaded by masculine bestsellers before making a foray in feminine perfumery.
