Ted Lapidus have issued a new fragrance for men called Ted Lapidus pour Homme Sport with the tag line « A glacial cold which creates a sensation of warmth »...
It is a sports version of and flanker to Ted Lapidus pour Homme (1987) with which it retains olfactory affinities in the woodsy and aromatic range. The new facet is about freshness, amped up.
The edt opens on head notes of Italian lemon, basil leaves, bergamot and rosemary leading to a heart of geranium, nutmeg spice, orange blossom and maritime notes. The base features patchouli, leather, cedarwood and incense.
It is available in 100 ml spray bottle color-coded red and white while the jus makes you think of the classical color of Eau de Cologne: that transparent white with shades of green, only here more perceptibly jade-like.
