Images of a Wedding // V
Last summer, we took a series of photographs of a wedding in Paris, which had a special quality about it...
The picture here is another one in which we see the backs of people attending the ceremony - a natural viewpoint when you are on the periphery of a ceremony. Aesthetically - and, no doubt, influenced in that by my mother who had pointed out to me once how a person's back can be wholly eloquent - I believe that, in a given moment, a person's back can be more expressive than that person's face.
