The opus is signed by perfumer Patricia Choux of Mane who said that she was inspired by "an unwavering dedication to beauty, boldness, and inner-strength."

The fragrance opens on top notes of mandarin leaves, bergamot, nutmeg tonic seguing into a heart of iris, salted fig, violet, and hazelnut cream, while the base features sandalwood, "decadent" amber, styrax, rose musk.

The brand's mission statement is that,

"Each CLEAN Reserve fragrance was created to be dynamic and evoke, not memories of the past, but possibilities and experiences yet to be discovered. Each is linear without much movement from top to bottom, making it ideal for layering and blending."
